This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all physical product orders placed through d3sign.app.

By placing an order, you agree to this policy.


1. Order Processing & Production Time

Most products sold on d3sign.app are customized and made-to-order.

Production begins after:

  • Order confirmation
  • Successful payment
  • Final approval of customization details (if applicable)

Production time typically ranges from 3 to 10 business days, depending on the product and customization complexity.

Production timelines are estimates and may vary.


2. Shipping Time

Once production is completed, orders are shipped via third-party courier services.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic delivery: 2–7 business days
  • International delivery: 5–15 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


3. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Product size and weight
  • Courier rates

All shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our confirmed error.


4. Order Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment status using the provided tracking information.


5. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions
  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
  • Weather, strikes, or force majeure events

Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds.


6. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal to accept delivery

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.


7. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for purchased products pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Once the package is handed to the courier, we are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage during transit.

If a package arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours and provide photo evidence in accordance with our Refund Policy.


8. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

For international shipments:

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
  • Delays due to customs clearance are outside our control.

Failure to pay customs charges may result in the package being returned or destroyed. We are not responsible for such outcomes.
